The Science Communication and Public Discourse (SCPD) minor offers undergraduates from all majors the chance to develop skills in the increasingly important field of making science accessible and of interest to the public. Our courses combine theory and practice, preparing students to communicate about scientific findings, practices, and culture across a wide range of popular formats including print, audio, video, and exhibits.
